public class LocalQCacheOpQueueFactory
extends Object

Creates LocalQCacheOpQueue for given Node and nodeQueueNumber so it is easy to switch to a different queue implementation. Service defined in com.atlassian.jira.ClusterServicesRegistrar only available in clustered jira and when LocalQConfig.isLocalQReplicationDisabled() is false.
