TrustedAppsPluginCertificateFactory	This factory has a weak classloading dependency on TrustedApplicationsManager through an OSGi ServiceTracker, hence the trusted apps plugin does not need to be installed for this class to work (it will simply throw an exception saying that trusted apps isn't supported).
