public class GhStubAboutPagePanelModuleDescriptor
extends com.atlassian.jira.plugin.AbstractJiraModuleDescriptor<Void>

Stub module descriptor to keep our "about-page-panel" module type happy in JIRA versions which do not have the About Page Panel module. This means that when GreenHopper is installed, UPM will not complain that modules were not loaded.
