extends ConfluenceAbstractPageComponent

Models the theme selection UI that is available under the Confluence administration console (for selecting the site-wide theme) and the Space admin tools (for selecting the active theme at a space level).

Note that the theme selection UI is a pretty old part of Confluence that uses a non-semantic table layout, so the selectors used to bind page elements are less than ideal.
