Runtime exception that is thrown when a user tries to perform an operation without the required privileges. Please ensure you have the appropriate privileges first by checking PermissionManager.hasPermission(com.atlassian.user.User, com.atlassian.confluence.security.Permission, Object) or PermissionManager.hasCreatePermission(com.atlassian.user.User, Object, Class).
