public interface ExternalChangesManager

Classes implementing this interface are responsible of syncing changes made outside of an editing session in the Confluence editor to systems that are not aware of those changes.

Currently, only Synchrony presents such a case. Their implementation will be defined in the collaborative-editor plugin and wired to core through the OsgiServiceRegistry.
