public class CreateTableWithoutColumnsCommand

Create Table Command creates a database table. This is useful if you want a database table which is *not* managed by Hibernate, RDBMS or AO. It's pretty unlikely you want to use this. We use it for a marker table in the database which can tell us we've been provisioned successfully.
