This class will return a deep check implementation that tests the TCS. This class is only registered with the health check infrastructure if we are in vertigo mode.

initDeepCheck

public static Optional<cloud.atlassian.check.jmx.JmxCheck> initDeepCheck()

Creates a class that will check the TCS for part of the deep check process. The check will only be added if we are using the ServiceTenantContextProvider.

Returns:

Optionally a TenantContextServiceHealthCheck. If we are not in vertigo mode and using the ServiceTenantContextProvider then we return an Optional.empty() and a check will not be registered.
