An annotation to tell that resources accessibility is handled by AdministrationConfiguration security settings, so might be accessible by anonymous users (i.e. not authenticated user) if their access is disabled at Administration > Global permissions. Should be used with AnonymousAllowed. Works only for REST resources at com.atlassian.bamboo.plugins.rest.filters.BambooRestAnonymousAllowedFilterFactory#PLUGINS_REST_PACKAGE packages.
