Find all installed plugins of a given class. If plugins implement BuildConfigurationUIPlugin, plugins will be checked for applicability to the plan.

Parameters:

plan - Plan to be checked with plugins

pluginClass - requested plugin class

Returns:

Iterable of filtered plugins
