A ReadOnlyCapabilitySet is a non editable read only capability set. It is used by the build agent/builders as a read-only source of resource (Builder path/JDK) properties. The specific implementation com.atlassian.bamboo.v2.build.agent.capability.CombinedReadOnlyCapabilitySet, represents an "effective" ReadOnlyCapabilitySet for a given agent.
