The typical usage is:

userId
- the identifier of the user associated with the activity.type
- the type of activity being performed. E.g. web-requestsummary
- a textual summary of the activity. E.g. /some/url.action@NonNull Collection<ActivitySnapshot> snapshotCurrent()
