OsgiServiceRegistryImpl	This implementation will hand out services in the form of Proxy's that lazily use the underlying ServiceTracker when invoked.
SystemServiceLoaderInitializer	Walks through known ServiceLoader interfaces, and ensures that the implementations available from the system bundle are loaded before any other OSGi bundles might load.

Exception Summary
