Create a rename table command

Parameters:

hibernateConfig - Hibernate configuration object

oldTableName - existing table name

newTableName - new table name

oldTableNameQuoted - whether the existing table is quoted (always true for AO tables).

newTableNameQuoted - whether the new table name is quoted (always true for AO tables)
