In Jira 9.6.0 we changed the way we calculate issues archived with project archive (we mark them as archived in jiraissue table). We made the crucial functionality handle the ZDU mode between 9.5 and 9.6 (see ZduAwareIssueArchiveHelper and ZduAwareArchivingDao), but less critical components, such as ArchivedStatistics, will be showing incorrect results during ZDU.
