public class PicoBackedApplicationContext
extends org.springframework.context.support.AbstractRefreshableApplicationContext

A Spring ApplicationContext that wraps a Pico container. Implements only the use cases relevant to Jira; not for general-purpose use. For example, to satisfy Jira's need to "extend the container" by adding more components to it at runtime (e.g. for setup), we extend a Spring ApplicationContext that supports multiple refresh() calls.
