Decode a valid license key into JiraProductLicense. If the provided license key is an undecodable or not a JIRA Product license key then a LicenseException is thrown.

Parameters:

licenseKey - license key for a JIRA product.

Returns:

a decoded JiraProductLicense.

Throws:

com.atlassian.extras.api.LicenseException - if there are any errors in handling the license.
