extends JiraActionFactory

An ActionFactory that is able to instantiate non-web actions (a.k.a. back-end actions) defined in JIRA.

Usage of this class is highly discouraged, all remaining back-end actions have been deprecated and have suitable API replacements.

This class has only been added to assist keeping compatibility for back-end actions until they can be completely removed.
