public class JohnsonDismissEventsServlet extends javax.servlet.http.HttpServlet
REST endpoint to clear Johnson dismissible events -- if JIRA is already set up then the admin credentials must be supplied.

This is needed in order to allow a user to acknowledge dismissible johnson events and proceed the startup/install/upgrade.
