public class GhStubProjectTemplateModuleDescriptor extends com.atlassian.jira.plugin.AbstractJiraModuleDescriptor<Void>
Stub module descriptor to keep our "project-template" module type happy in JIRA instances which do not have the Project Templates plugin installed. This means that when GreenHopper is installed, UPM will not complain that modules were not loaded.
