A test listener that can be used to inject runtime exceptions when synchronous events are fired to test fail/rollback scenarios. The way TransactionTemplate works is it will mark the transaction as rollbackOnly(), this is only useful for synchronous event's that are fired in an already running transaction

To extend, add a new onXXX event listener method and a new enum in RollbackEventName.
