Perform textual comparison of contents returned by two readers. Variation of IOUtils.contentEquals.

Parameters:

expected - input reader for expected data

actual - input reader for actual data

trimLines - flag enforcing trimming lines before comparison

Throws:

java.io.IOException - if an I/O error occurs
