Package com.riadalabs.jira.plugins.insight.services.imports.common.external.model.external Description

The package provides an external formatter for export and import. It is used to decouple the internal *beans from what we expose externally. The purpose is to avoid having changes in the internal API (Bean classes) affect already performed exports. The structure is created to include a base version (or version 1). When a change is performed a new ExternalFormatter is created in the new package for the new version e.g. ExternalFormatterVersion2 in package version2. Objects that are not changed can be reused from the baseversion package and changes are added in the new package. The external formatter has to be updated with the new configuration. The new versions URI must be present in the pom.xml to generate the old and the new xsd
