Represents an event that is to be consumed by the notifications-api :

- the event is transformed into a NotificationPayload through a PayloadTransformer - the NotificationPayload is used to build a SimpleNotification sent to recipients resolved through a RecipientsProvider - the SimpleNotification is rendered through a RenderContextProvider
