An interface implemented by plugins that want to broadcast an analytics event periodically. Plugins should specify a "periodic-analytics-event" module descriptor and point the class attribute to the implementation of this interface. eg. Be aware that implementations must supply a PeriodicEvent within a certain amount of time otherwise it will be interrupted. See PeriodicEventPublisherJob.runJob(com.atlassian.scheduler.JobRunnerRequest)
